The project "Together in Music" is an opportunity for anyone who longs for a deeper understanding of music and wants to become part of a community journey. The goal of this project is not only to provide high-quality cultural experiences but also to create a club-like atmosphere where people can meet, discuss, and experience music together without the pressure of expert knowledge or social conventions associated with classical music. We aim at everyone who has a passion for music, wants to learn more about it, and wants to take part in an authentic experience.
Motivation for the implementation
of the project
Today’s world is largely hectic, demanding, and full of challenges, and music can be what unites us and helps us regain energy, find mental strength, and balance. "Together in Music" is a project that creates a space for everyone seeking inspiration and understanding of music—whether they are already familiar with it or have yet to explore it at all. This project offers not only concerts but also the opportunity to look behind the scenes of artistic work, thus opening the way for listeners to gain a deeper understanding of how music is composed and how its sounding form is achieved.

Season Scope
The project will run from April to November each calendar year and will include approximately six concerts. In addition to the main program, informal meetings will take place at the Lajka Brewery. We also plan programs for schools.

Music you can't hear elsewhere in Prague
We focus on pieces that are not commonly available within the traditional cultural events in Prague, including lesser-known genres and innovative approaches.
The unique space of the Letná Water Tower
The entire event will take place in the Letná Water Tower, which provides an unmistakable atmosphere for every gathering.
Introductory talk
Each meeting begins with a welcome and a brief introduction to the piece or theme we will explore together.
Public rehearsals
Participants will have the opportunity to peek into the music-making process during open rehearsals, where they can see how individual pieces are practiced and what discussions and decisions take place among the musicians.
Concert
After the public rehearsal, a concert will take place, commented on and led by prominent figures from the Czech music scene. Their expert insights and unique interpretations will provide participants with a deeper understanding.
Informal discussions
Following the concert, an informal discussion over a beer from the Lajka Brewery will take place, where participants can share their impressions and feelings. They can also ask questions to the performers. This informal part creates an opportunity for interaction between the audience and artists, deepening the community aspect of the entire project.
Concerts for primary and secondary school students
The project may also include a special edition of concerts aimed at upper primary and secondary school students, introducing them to music interactively, based on similar principles as our main concerts, so they can connect with the music creation process in a lively and active way.
